and mind you, its fucking expensive albeit yummy.
it amounted to about 110 dollars per pax for a three course meal plus wine.
anyway, the whole ambience was fantastic.
i've never met so many french people in my entire life before and the whole restaurant was filled with noise. this singer crooning away french songs and people rambling in french.

so me and elaine met odile(my teacher)'s friends who are all living in singapore.the men work, while the women stay home and be tai tais.how nice!
i had food before i went so i didnt eat,phew!but odile cut a chunk off her fish and it was damn yummy.soft,fleshy,cheesy,full of flavour.
no pics of the food!cuz im not gonna disgrace myself and start taking pics of every single thing we ate.
i had two glasses of nice red wine and it was really really good.
it was nice to see people dancing and singing away,having fun and all so i really had a great time :)
the french are really friendly, they talk nicely but yet, they maintain distance from you as well.
at the end of the more than 4-hour dinner, this woman came up to me and said goodbye.and i could tell she was wondering if she should do the la bise(cheek kiss). so cute.
after all the bisous(kisses), we left the quaint lil place:)
